And as a parting gift...

When I had my HSM DVD Release Party, I made cd's for parting gifts. Each person emailed me songs from their most memorable dances from either junior high or high school. For instance one song that I added was danced at the Kino 9th Grade Spring Fling with a certain boy, who shall remain nameless, but I was totally in love with him..."Water Runs Dry" by Boyz to Men and I'm pretty sure I closed my eyes!
Here are the rest:
My Heart Will Go On
All My Life, yes the one by K-Ci and Jo Jo
In the Still of the Night, another Boyz to Men
Under My Thumb, Rolling Stones
Light My Fire, The Doors
The Dance, Garth Brooks
Forever Young, Rod Stewart and Alphaville made the cut
Iris, Goo Goo Dolls
Save the Best For Last, Vanessa Williams

and I think the sickest of them all:
Please Forgive Me by Bryan Adams

What are yours?? Come on, I know you can remember!!

Again: jealous. And I totally remember dancing with Bobby Jackson to "Lady in Red" wearing a red plaid shirt.

I can't! That is why I didn't get a song on the CD! Isn't that so sad!

OH I'VE GOT A GOODIE!!! In college, at a dance with a boy that I was certain was going to be my husband (he is not by the way), we danced to "Lady in Red" .... I was wearing red, he sang it to me in my ear. Need I say more????

I am freaking out that HSM 3 was released and I missed it. As for songs, Savanna has told me not to reminisce about my high school days anymore it's embarrassing.

I loved this blog. We like to have fun at our house too. You went all out for the HSM party. Looks like it turned out fun. I wish we were neighbors. Have a great Sunday. I'll have to stop back in and see what fun you are up to. Thanks!!
